Haven't had much time to play video games but thanks to this new project we're all working on together, I've been finding time to play them. For research, I swear.

I've been doing art shit and Brad's been doing design stuff for the HUD, UI stuff and various other things.

Our friend had a concept in mind and asked Miriam if she couldn't help write, she seems to be having fun with that, and Connor is writing music for it as well.

I'm kind of interested, what sort of game is your friend making? And how far along is it?

6am is early for a diner, you all must live in a big city or something. Kind of cool to have a diner you've been going to for years, are they a big or small diner?

Nothing quite like going out for breakfast after staying up all night, eh? It's almost surreal.

@Reealt: Right now it's just a tiny, indie type game. He just wanted to make a demo to get his name out associated with gaming before he makes an actual game.

It's just a story heavy game in a small town where all you do is go around and talk to people. It's really not far at all, our friend just started to learn 3D a week ago, haha.

Is a 24 hour diner a big city thing? We had some in northern Virginia as well or diners along the highways and shit. Like Denny's, the chain, is 24 hours. Some McDonalds as well. I'm not sure if Richmond is a big city...

It's a pretty small diner. It's called The Village.

@cstar: It's a strange feeling to notice your schedule got reversed somehow, alright.
